It focuses on energising and strengthening your body as you move from one ansana to another during the class. It is recommended for beginners wanting to level up and advance practitioners wanting to revisit the basics again. Rachel’s Sunday morning class is one that welcomes beginners as well as those wishing to revisit the foundational yoga poses. You’ll hold poses for a few breaths as she guides you through proper alignment and encourages you to safely experiment and explore.
